La famiglia di Ponzano con l’acquisto del 31,5% di Investimenti Infrastrutture,azionista al 23,9% della finanziaria milanese in mano al fondo Clessidra, sale al 95,5% di Investimenti Infrastrutture. Grazie a II i Benetton e Claudio Sposito (Clessidra) entrarono in Gemina a fine 2005.
